Its roots go deep into the history
of the Russian Germans.
Nearly 300 years ago, at the invitation of Russian Empress Catherine the Great, thousands of German families moved to Russia in search of a better life and new opportunities. They settled along the Volga River. Russian Germans carefully preserved their heritage, passing down their craftsmanship and culinary recipes through generations, while also embracing the best influences of Russia’s multicultural cuisine.
On this strong foundation of rich culinary culture, Lackmann Fleisch- und Feinkostfabrik GmbH was established.
The company was founded in 1998 by Anatoly Lackmann as a family business with four employees. The main goal was to create exclusive culinary products of the highest quality. Over 27 years, the production of premium products has remained the company’s guiding principle.
Today Lackmann has grown into a successful international company whose products are loved and trusted in more than 40 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. We are proud of our roots and create products that combine the traditions, values, and experiences of countries and generations.

Meat and sausage products
Delicacies made from traditional and signature recipes. Only German meat, natural spices, and high-quality ingredients (nuts, dried fruits) are used. Products are smoked on beechwood chips and matured for flavor. This category has received more than 100 DLG medals.
